Our New Monkeys!

C&H have become very independent lately in many ways. For example, they want to walk where ever we go & they aren't big fans of holding hands, so I decided to buy them these monkey safety harnesses and try them out. We decided to go visit Pogee the other day for a 'test drive'! They did great & loved being able to walk everywhere! Everytime we get in the car now, Hadley wants her monkey to hold & hug on...it's so cute!

16 Months Old (one day late!!)

I can't believe it's been 16 months since that cold December evening when we first met these two little miracles! Happy 16 months Cooper & Hadley!

He was 100% back to his old self today...laughing & playing all day! He had a little run-in with the sidewalk at Nana & Daddo's house today...he scraped his lip & forehead...poor boy! But still more precious than ever...scraps & all!!!

Feeling better!

It was gorgeous outside today and Cooper was feeling better this afternoon after his almost 4 hour nap, so we went out and enjoyed it! Unfortunately, I really think Hadley has allergies. She has sneezed & coughed all day long & her poor nose is running so bad. She had a rough time going to sleep tonight because of all the congestion. Can kids this young go on allergy medicine? Hopefully, we can get that cleared up really soon! OK, back to our gorgeous day...take a look at this...BEAUTIFUL!

Sickness Update!

UPDATE:

Cooper quite throwing up on Monday night, but still has a low-grade fever & is just not feeling like him self. Hadley hasn't gotten the bug as of yet, but her poor nose is like a running river! Not sure if it is allergies or a darn cold! I am hoping they both get to feeling better very soon! Thanks for all your sweet comments!

This afternoon, Cooper came down with a fever and started vomiting...I just hope no one else gets it and he starts feeling better soon! Please pray for our sweet boy!

Easter '10-Part 2

Whew...I can officially say I am exhausted! We had such a busy, but WONDERFUL weekend with our families celebrating Christ's Resurrection! I love this time of the year!

This was C&H going in to see what the Easter Bunny had left them...

Checking out their baskets...they got new PJs, sidewalk chalk, new sippy cups, stickers, & some crayons. They were so excited!!

He is such a happy boy in the mornings!!!

We then got ready & headed to church. I didn't leave much time before church for pictures, so we opted to just wait till after church. C&H were a little grumpy, but we still got a few cute pics. We went to Pogee's after church to let her see the kiddos in their Easter outfits!

Next we headed to Meme & Sweet Pa's house. Even though we were going over there for dinner, I wanted them to see them in their Easter outfits also. When we got there, Meme had gotten them some Easter goodies...they both went straight for the candy!!

I have been trying to get C&H to give each other kissed lately. They usually just blow each other kisses, but today Hadley 'went in' for a kiss...Cooper wasn't sure what to think!!! It was precious!

We then came home for a much needed nap! Then got ready to go back for dinner!

She love to say 'HI' to Lucy...if you are wondering, Lucy is in an underground fence. Hadley keeps her distance but we really have to watch Cooper...he likes to get too close for my comfort!!!

Before we left for the night, Sweet Pa took us for a ride over to the neighbors to look at their horses. They were eating so wouldn't come over to see us...maybe next time!

We had two tired & cranky kiddos once we got home. We quickly got dressed in our new PJs & went to bed!
