Tonight, we decided to make Christmas cookies with Cooper & Hadley! They had so much fun watching the mixer, cutting the cookies, and eating the dough!

2 Year Check-up!

We are so fortunate to have two healthy kids! C&H had their 2 year checkup this morning and both got great reports! I had to take them by myself today, which turned out ok, thank goodness! They were petrified of the nurses and Dr. Fred at first, but were giggling with him by the time he was done checking them out!

2 year stats:

Cooper:

Weight: 31 lb 6 oz (>95%)

Length: 37 5/8" (85%)

Head circumfrence: 19 3/4" (85%)

Hadley:

Weight: 28 lb 6 oz (75%)

Length: 37" (>95%)

Head Circumfrence: 19 3/8" (90%)

Christmas Card 2010

I wish it was possible to send all of my blog friends a Christmas card in the mail, but unfortunately it's not...but here it is!!! LOVE it!

Santa Run 2010

Michael is a volunteer fire fighter and they do an annual Santa Run and hand out goodies and fire safety things to all the kids in the area! Cooper and Hadley were so excited when they saw the fire trucks coming with their lights flashing and sirens blaring, but got a little scared when Santa stepped off the truck...but all was well, when they recognized their Daddy!!!

And just for fun...here's last year's Santa Run...looks like Santa freaked H out last year too!!!

2 Years Old

Since we celebrated a couple of weeks ago, Cooper & Hadley's actual birthday yesterday was very low-key! We had a wonderful day! It's was bittersweet for me because I just don't want them to grow up although I am enjoying them more & more every day (if that is at all possible)! We woke up and had blueberry waffles (their FAVE) on our 'You are SPECIAL today' plates and did a little birthday singing! I ❤ these videos of them trying to blow out their candles!

We hung around the house in our PJs all morning and then decided to go eat lunch at Chick-Fil-A and let C&H play there! They had a ball and DID NOT want to leave! We were gonna go to the mall and see Santa but parking lot was a MADHOUSE so we decided to wait! Maybe we can go during the week when it's not so crowded! Once we got home, C&H went down for their nap and both slept for 3 hours...they were so tired! They had their favorite, non-nutritional dinner....macaroni-n-cheese, Craisins, and Pringle sticks!

And did a little more singing! They LOVED the cupcakes!

Dear Cooper & Hadley,

I can't believe you two are already 2 years old...where has time gone! You both are getting so big and learning new things everyday! Your vocabulary has really grown lately and you are repeating almost everything we say! Cooper, you are counting to 10 and spelling your name and Hadley, you are counting to 3 and you LOVE to draw! You both go to school two days a week and LOVE it! You are both becoming very independent and 'NO' has become your favorite word lately! Mommy and Daddy love you very much and can't wait to see what the next year has in store for you! Happy Birthday to our two year olds!!

December 11, 2008 was one of the best days of our lives!

We got to meet these two sweet babies...

It seems just like yesterday...I can't believe my tiny little babies are 2 years old!
