One morning last week, I decided to pull out some play-doh I had recently bought and to see how C&H liked it. I brought the high chairs into the playroom so that they could watch TV & play at the same time. All Cooper wanted to do at first was to eat it and got really upset with me after several 'no-no's from Mommy, but eventually figured out that you just play with it & he dug right in! Hadley loved it too! I turned Sesame Street on & they sat there for about 1 1/2 hours playing with play-doh & watching TV! I was amazed that it kept their attention that long! We'll definitely be doing it again soon!

i have just started trying crayons. which go straight to the mouth. a battle i can't seem to win. any tips??!!

MO loves to eat playdoh and she eats less and less each time (i can usually tell by the contents in her diaper...) but i loved that salty goodness as a child, too, so there is no hope for us! she loves crayons, too. to eat them, that is!!

We tried play-doh for the first time over the weekend and Ava tried to eat it too! silly kids! hard to believe how fast they're growing, huh? :)

Coop's tears are just priceless...poor little baby wanted to eat the playdoh :( Even in tears he's as cute as a button.
