We are itching to get outside & play...so we did for a little while today until the wind just got too cold! They enjoyed a little time outside running and playing!

SNOW DAY-January 2011
Today we got several inches of snow in a matter of hours...it was so pretty! Schools let out at noon because it was getting so bad. I put the kids down for their nap and planned on taking them out to play once they woke up! While they were napping the sun came out and the streets cleared up immediately...it was crazy! It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon. This was C&H's first time to actually play in the snow and I have to say they had a ball

Wound up!
C&H were wound up last night after dinner! They ran through the house screaming for a good 15 minutes NON-STOP!
At one point, Cooper just wanted to hold his sister's hand and she had held his hand enough...I wish it was in focus at the end to see the disappointment on his face...poor little guy!

Sheet-Changing Day!
Changing crib sheets 2x ranks right up there with folding and putting away laundry on my most hated chore list! I despise it...but seeing how much C&H LOVE sheet changing day, kind of changed my outlook on it!

Our Little Helpers!
This past weekend we had Josh, Mary, and Ella over for dinner and to play cards once C&H went to bed! We had a blast and stayed up way too late for this ole' gal!!! C&H were such good little helpers with Ella! They were all about changing her diaper and giving her her 'b'! I have a feeling if we ever do have more children, I'm gonna have lots and lots of help! ;)
Making Ornaments!
I meant make these ornaments before Christmas so that we could put them on our Christmas tree, but I never found the time...better late than never! At least we will have them for next year! I so wish I had done this as newborns, and 1 year olds too...so that we could see how much they have grown! C&H had so much fun painting their hands and feet...and we actually didn't make a mess at all! I think they turned out precious!
Hadley wanted her doll to go next...silly girl!!
Hadley's are red and Cooper's are green! Aren't these cute?? I will cherish these forever!

Sleeping Angels!
Knock on wood....C&H have been sleeping so GOOD lately! Today they took a 3 1/2 hour nap before I woke them up after 4! I figured they would go to sleep tonight if I let them sleep any longer! I had to snap a few pics when I went in to get them up! I love me some sleeping babies!
Performing!
C&H crack me up daily with the things they do and say! This particular day they were really 'performing' for me so I grabbed my camera! I am so going to miss this age!
Christmas Toys
After Christmas, C&H had so much stuff that I put some stuff up simply because we didn't have room for it all! I pulled a few things out this week and surprised them with some of their new toys! During nap time one day, I set up their tent/tunnel and they were so excited when they woke up! C was up first...
Then Miss H woke up...
They even had to eat their snack inside the tent!
Another day, I set up this riding train & they LOVED it...especially Cooper! He is obsessed with 'choo-choos'!!!
