Our New Play Yard!!!

These days, I can't take my eyes off of Hadley...she is into everything...so during naptime today I decided to break out the baby fence! I really was putting off pulling this out, but I couldn't leave the room for a second because I was worried what she was into...now I have a little peace of mind!! They are loving it...they have been so good this afternoon playing in their new play yard!! I was thinking about getting some of those foam mats to put under it...what do you think??

That is a great idea! It looks fun! The blanket works, but if you got little foammats it would be extra cushy and cute :)

That thing is awesome! I can't imagine trying to keep up with two on the move. :) We have those foam mats in our baby room at church...the kids love them. Sam's normally has them!

Cute, we used to have the same gate, when I did daycare for more kids. I put the mats under mine and they love it. Glad they are giving you 'time to breathe.' :)

Love the gates. Where did you get them? We LOVE the mats. So EASY to wipe up and keep clean and soft for any falls!

That's a great idea Mary Kate. I'm going to have to do something too once mine start moving all around...it won't be much longer!

We love our play yard...but as the kiddos got bigger, we opened it up and just used it as a barricade that way they they have the whole room to roam. We bought our foam "puzzle" type mats at Sam's Club. They were pretty inexpensive and work well. We used them this weekend during their Birthday party; laid them out on the deck to prevent splinters. C&H seem to get cuter by the day!

Yep! I definitely need one soon as this little guy gets on the move. The mats seem like a great idea as well!

They are gorgeous! We have the same play yard thingy. We actually use it as a baricade around our sectional so it opens up more room for them to play, but hey...whatever works. We also have the colorful foam mat from Sam's and I LOVE IT ($21 I think). We have that in the playroom and it's so helpful while they pull up and learn to walk and cruise furniture. Sometimes I feel like I need to stick a helmet on them.

P.S. I actually have to limit how often I come to your blog because everytime I hear that song the tears start flowing. :)

Morgan was very concerned when she saw this picture. She wanted to know, "why are they in a pen?" If she only knew...love you guys!
